This is a private space on two levels, not just a room. You sleep upstairs in the bedroom, with your own balcony looking into the garden. Downstairs is yours too — a private area with a hammock to lie in through the hot part of the afternoon.
The bathroom is downstairs and it is entirely private to you — nobody else uses it. It has hot water. Like every room here, the bedroom is fan-cooled with a mosquito net rather than air-conditioning: we keep the windows open and let the garden air move through.
We have three of these apartments, so this is usually the one we can offer at short notice.
